Hi Paulo, With your new dedicated IP(s) you've taken an important step in controlling your reputation and email deliverability. To ensure strong delivery and to help customize your sending, it's important to take these two steps: Warm Up Your IP: When you first begin sending email from your dedicated IP address, you need to gradually increase your sending volume. Warming up your IP reduces your chances of being flagged as spam and improves your sender reputation with mailbox providers. Set up reverse DNS: Reverse DNS allows you to improve your email deliverability by proving to mailbox providers that you control the IP you're sending from. Once an account has been properly authenticated, SendGrid is masked from the sending process, and emails appear to have been sent directly from you. Configure your Account: Create subusers and invite Teammates to organize your sending and ensure your account is secure, yet accessible.
